It sort of depends on who you talk to about Moffat, I guess. And I don't personally think the views he represents in some interviews come out in most of his writing (unless you really start looking for it) - until this particular special. Enjoy watching DW! I love it so very much. Moff's episodes in RTD's run are some of the best so don't be afraid of that.
