Day 18 - Best title sequence

That tune just always gets me in the right mood for the show :)

Day 19 - Best tv show cast

Either Merlin or Leverage. Merlin because they are all pretty (I never claimed not to be superficial) and because they have chemistry with everything and everyone.
Leverage because it's just a very solid cast. They're all good and funny, they seem to get along really well in real life.

Oh, and Firefly of course! The actors all really believed in the show, even when nobody else seemed to. And not only were they all really interesting characters and had good chemistry with each others, they're still friends years later, which I think is rare.



Doctor Who: I haven't posted a reaction to Saturday's episode yet, mainly because I just didn't really have that much to say. The two-parter bored me, I have no idea what happened in the plot and I have no desire to see it again. Matt Smith was cute, though. But once again Amy didn't do anything, and it's just not the kind of story I like. And then the end of Cold Blood...
I don't quite know how to feel about it. To be honest, Rory was my main reason to love the show lately. I liked him a lot more than Amy, and I like Amy more with him. I do think he's coming back in the final, but I don't know if he'll stay. Amy losing her memories of him was a beautiful moment, but somehow I wish we'd have seen more of her actually loving him. That would have made it more heartbreaking for her to lose him.

And then next week we get Richard Curtis and Bill Nighy!! :DD I would say it is stupid for them to just get in a fun adventure after this episode, but... it looks really good.
I am going to be so dissapointed when it turns out Bill is only in it for 30 seconds. I LOVE HIM :)


I also have a question; does anybody know if I can make my journal and friends page show 20 entries again instead of 10? I can't seem to find how to change it. Found it!

I kind of liked the two-parter :O I thought the kid was great and most of the other guest stars were too. IDK. it just worked for me? I wasn't crazy about Amy though. I'm looking forward to this week's episode too!

I agree. I still wasn't convinced of her love for him and so the whole thing didn't make that big of an impact on me.

It wasn't as bad as I'd expected from Chibnall, but the style of the story just wasn't my thing - I prefer more character drama (like Amy's Choice) or more fun stuff (hopefully next week!). I was bored through most of the episodes, tbh.

Yeah, that's something I love about Leverage as well; how everyone can be paired up and have a specific kind of relationship. I hope we see more of that.

I always thought I didn't like Sophie that much either, until she got replaced by Tara and then I missed her so much! I even kind of like her messed up relationship with Nate now.

And Firefly, yup. Or maybe Bones. I love the Bones cast to pieces.

The two-parter was just...gah. It was just like DINOSAURS WITH AWESOME TECHNOLOGY and humans will one day co-exist with them? Since when?

And Rory dying like that came out of NOWHERE.

Yeah, I bet he comes back. I'm not too worried, but it means that we have to deal with grieving!Amy for the rest of the season. Or, well, she should be grieving. Also, for the last zillion episodes, the Doctor has mentioned the cracks and how problematic they are, but I wish they would just hurry up and DEAL WITH THEM ALREADY.

Of course, I feel like the Doctor knows more than we do about these cracks. -_-

Lol, the plot was so terrible. I have no idea what happened. But I am excited for tonight even if it won't fit after the last one AT ALL. It looks like so much fun! xD

I definitely agree with your choices for best cast! I've seen them all in action and they're all awesome!

Also: yes! Best theme song! (Although I also have a weakness for the Big Bang Theory themesong xD)

The Hustle theme song is just so perfect, because it really fits the show. But I love theme songs in general and their ability to get stuck in your head for DAYS. Like the Firefly one.
And the Big Bang Theory one is okay, I guess. I don't really love that show, so I don't really love the theme either :P
