Okay, I do not have 15 ships (especially because I had to leave out a couple that are mostly based on fanon and don't actually have dialogue). So the term 'ship' is kind of wide here. And just FYI, these are all from tv shows!

II Being Human finale. In general I liked it, though not quite as much as the last episode.


So, yesterday evening I go on Tumblr about 5 minutes after Being Human finished airing on British tv. What's the first post on my dash? Someone posting in a HUGE font "OMG THEY KILLED MITCHELL". Thanks, internet. This person is now unfollowed. I know about having to let those ~feelings out somewhere, but bloody well do it under a cut, dammit. At least for like a day after it airs. It was impossible to avoid.

So that took some of the excitement away from watching the episode, I can tell you.

I'm not really involved in BH fandom, and tbh right now I'm glad I'm not. Because I really... didn't mind that Mitchell died? I mean, Aiden Turner is going to New Zealand for 3 years, you can't escape that fact. But even in the fictional universe itself, it kind of makes senses. I know I've been liking Mitchell less and less this season, and I think he deserved some punishment. But I have this feeling the fandom will be filled with people losing it because the pretty vampire died.

Random thoughts:
- I liked everybody's characterization in this episode, especially Annie who hasn't been badass enough this season.

- Gilbert shout-out! I was stupidly happy about that.

- I'm just a little disappointed in Lia, but I really loved seeing her again.

- Lee Ingleby playing the Old One (don't remember his name)! Yay :D So far, the character is a bit rubbish but I really love this actor so it'll be okay.

- Nina and the baby both survived! :D I don't care if it was too quickly resolved, I just really love Nina.

- The final part of this episode was PERFECTION.

- I think I fully realised how much I don't ship Mitchell/Annie when he said she was the love of his life. Really? I think they were a lot better when they were just friends - she still would have wanted to stay with him and all that. But since Mitchell's gone now, I can live with it.

- Wow, Herrick really wasn't back for long, was he? That's too bad, I really enjoy him. One of my favourite bad guys ever (he just has so much fun all the time)/ But I guess he is too connected to Mitchell.

- I'm looking forward to the new team! Badass last shot was badass!


I'm missing this show already! We have to wait SO LONG for new episodes D: Who ever came up with 8-episode seasons, honestly!

Yeah, I wouldn't say they're really a ship of mine, and I don't actually think they could work out. But they are my two favourite characters and their interactions are always interesting.

I stopped watching Leverage for a while as well but when I came back I really ended up loving the last few episodes of S3 a lot. Did you get to the pretzel conversation? It's the cutest.

I know, how hard can it be to put a spoiler warning? Especially on Tumblr! I can skip a graphic, but not big-ass words :(.

Hee, I love that the few people on my flist or my Tumblr who follow BH mostly agree with how I feel about the show. Otherwise I'd probably end up thinking I'm watching wrong, whereas now I can believe the people who keep defending Mitchell are watching wrong.

Yeah, I like this meme! And I know how frustrating it can be. ;)

And the LoVe is not a quote you'd remember, maybe, but I think it just really sounds like them.
