I don't think they're moderated? There was some spoiler!fail earlier on, but overall it does seem to be all about people being excited about him being excited :D I love it. His reaction to PoA was wonderful, because it reminds you of how Blown your mind was the first time. Which is why it's my fav book, anyway :D Though his reaction to the end of PS was awesome as well!
