I am melting.

* I'm home!! The coast was lovely. I didn't really do anything, which was the point because I really just needed to relax after exams. Lay on the beach, read, walked a bit, went shopping.
But omg it's hot here! Over there it's so much cooler, and there's always this lovely breeze, but over here it's 35° C and I'm boiling. I left the garden, but my room isn't much better.
* Exam results are in! 2 resits in addition to the one I already had, but overall I'm quite pleased with it. Especially because I failed at studying.
* The apartment didn't have BBC, so I couldn't watch Doctor Who. But I saw it just now (to ignore the stress of exam results coming in)
- I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have more surprises. I was hoping for more hints left throughout the previous episodes, but the only thing was really the jacketed!Doctor coming back in the Angels twoparter, which everyone on the Internet had noticed already.
- I didn't really get the plot. I mean, I get what happened, but it just seemed like there should have been a less complicated way to solve it. And there were too many good ideas going on that I'd have liked to know more about. like Rory waiting around for 2000 years, little Amelia, the stars going out (not that original, is it?), Amy's mum and dad...
- RORYYYYYYYY :D I was SO CONVINCED he was going to die but he didn't! He was awesome and got the girl and travels with the Doctor OMG OMG. I loved him deciding to stay with Amy for all those years.
- I'm really excited for the next season :D Mainly because of the promise of moar Rory though.
- So we didn't actually find out why the Tardis exploded? okay. And I don't really care THAT much about finding out more about River, sorry. Though she was pretty awesome with that Dalek.
- Okay, the Doctor can not dissapear from time. I don't doubt that he's more than willing to sacrifice himself for the universe and Amy, but if he never existed, the universe has been destroyed a dozen times over. So that just doesn't make sense (I know he had a ~plan, but it wasn't exactly secure).
- The dancing, omg the dancing. From the beginning of the wedding scene I was basically trying to decide between an enormous grin and happy tears. :P And Eleven got out and was amazing. And the end, I love it!!!
So overall, it kept me on the edge of my seat, I loved all the character stuff, I don't think I could love Matt Smith/Eleven more than I do (HE TAPPED RIVER ON THE NOSE), I am excited about more, but it wasn't as amazing as I had hoped. But really really good nonetheless - I just had high expectations.
I don't actually have a job this summer, nor any real plans until September (unless you consider resits plans). I'm really a bit unsure what I'll be doing all summer. I should probably call/email some people to hang out.
