This is a combination of the memes I got tagged for by [livejournal.com profile] frotcake and [livejournal.com profile] iluvmusicals. They were both lists of questions so I just made one big list :D

Anybody who would like to be, consider yourselves tagged!

Three favourite songs right now?

I've been listening to this one all summer and I still love it ♥. Best of Belgium! :)

omg this is so catchy :P

Video is flipped but it's the only one I could find :/

Last movie you watched? Did you like it?

Les Choristes, for the second time. I still love it; and the singing is beautiful. Also, that little boy is the cutest ever.

Three things that are super-annoying at the moment?
1. Exams

2. Me failing to clean up my room. Again.

3. My best friend telling me we'd meet up this week and then ignoring me.

Three random facts about yourself?

1. Coming up with random facts about myself is one of the hardest thing ever and I never know anything to say.

2. This is my favourite sculpture.

3. It's as good as impossible for me not to sing along to songs I love. This is awkward in public.

What was your first ship?

First ship I called a ship was Logan/Veronica. Yesterday I also realised that I used to ship Xena/Ares on Xena. And there was Joey/Pacey on Dawson's Creek and lots of others.

Three things that scare you?

1. Fire

2. Stairs of the twirly or high kind

3. Porcelain dolls.

Three things you wish you could be?

1. Less intorvert

2. Less Lazy

3. More sporty

Three television shows your are watching/watched this summer?

1. Buffy, the Vampire Slayer

2. Angel

3. Leverage

Seven things you still want to do this year?

1. Start studying for my driving exam

2. Read detective novels for my thesis

3. Watch quirky and pretty movies

4. Write something

5. Read a book that blows me away

6. Meet up with my best friend who I hardly ever see anymore

7. Have fun.

Your favorite ice cream flavour?

Mocha

Guiltiest pleasure movie?

Hm. Maybe The Mummy Returns? I love that movie a lot even though part of me knows it's terrible.

What movie have you seen the most?

I think Mary Poppins, because I watched it all the time as a kid, and I still do when I'm sick.

What never fails to make you smile?

A happy ending. Even a bittersweet one if it's done well. An sweet Lj comment. Pouring rain when I'm safely inside. Stepping off the train in Paris or London. Coming home. Christmas cards. Random text messages. My cat being cute. Good Remus/Sirius marauder-era fanfiction. The theme music to my favourite shows. Those ridiculous pictures me and my two best friends took on my fifteenth birthday.

Worst movie you've ever seen?

Tetsuo/Iron Man is what comes to mind here. Saw it in school last year, and I still regret not walking out when I realised what it was going to be like. His penis turns into a drill and then he has 'sex' with his girlfriend. Yes. Trauma, right here.

Best way to relax?

A hot bath, followed by curling up on a couch with a blanket, some tea or hot chocolate and a silly but good movie.

Favourite quote/lyric?

Of course it is happening in your head, but why on earth should that mean it is not real?
- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

It's not always rainbows and butterflies, it's compromise that moves us along
- Maroon 5 - She will be Loved

They never get tired of putting me down
And I never know when I come around
What I'm gonna find
Don't let them make up your mind

- Girl, You'll be a Woman Soon

Vertigo is something other than the fear of falling. It is the voice of the emptiness below us which tempts and lures us, it is the desire to fall against which, terrified, we defend ourselves
- The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera
(Not the kind of quote I live by or anything, but just one that jumped out at me and somehow I love.)

My journal subtitle, btw if anybody was wondering, is from Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami, a book full of heartstopping language. I think, anyway.

I could go on.

Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter?

Autumn. I love the colours and the clothes I can wear.

What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?

I just finished Buffy, so I'm quite into that and trying to form opinions about it. I'll talk about it soon.

What's your favorite board game?

Trivial Pursuit.

What web sites do you always visit when you go online?

Livejournal, hotmail, Mark Reads Harry Potter, Television Without Pity, Tumblr.

What was the last thing you bought?

I went shopping after my disaster of an exam on Thursday and bought a new dress, jeans and a scarf (yes, another one).

Do you want to learn another language?

I am really embarrassed about being Belgian and not being able to speak French properly, so I really want to work on that. I also need to polish up on my Spanish. Problem is, my Spanish is self-taught by watching telenovellas. So uhm, maybe when I have nothing to do (who am I kidding, it'll be next exam period probably XD)

Last Concert you went to?

Kommil Foo (Belgian comedians who sing a lot of songs, I think it counts) in concert in a park, yesterday.

Five things you can't live without.

1. Fiction. Books, movies, tv shows, whatever. I can't imagine a world without it, all I know is that I'd be miserable.

2. Friends. Without them I'd be a lonely, depressed crazy person.

3. Chocolate. Okay, so maybe I'd survive XD. But I take these 'diets' a few times a year where I only eat healthy stuff, and it's always a challenge to go without chocolate for 2 weeks.

4. Travelling. I love being able to see other cities and countries.

5. Indoor plumbing. XD What? Every time I think about living in ancient times, this is what makes me reconsider how awesome it would be :)

So, that was long. Feel free to ask me more questions, I like these things! XD And if you haven't yet, I'd love to read all of your answers as well!

I can not imagine not liking chocolate :O

Books; Norwegian Wood, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, The Affirmation by Christopher Priest, and as far as classics go; Wuthering Heights.

Art: don't know that much about it. But there is a poster of Millais' 'Ophelia' above my bed. I also like impressionism (Monet) and surrealism (Magritte).

Loved reading this. And thanks for posting the video of Walk Through the Fire. It's been ages since I saw the episode or listened to the soundtrack. It gave me chills just now. Seriously.

Yay for indoor plumbing!

What did you think of Jeux d'enfants?

I really liked Jeux d'Enfants. I kind of have a thing for crazy people in love who destroy each other's lives, and this certainly fitted. It was also really pretty.
It wasn't entirely what I expected - it was darker I guess? But it was original, and I do love Marion Cotillard.

That was long, but awesome! So many more awesome things are revealed about you!

First: Les Choristes! Yes! I love that movie! I saw it in French class in high school for the first time and I've loved it ever sense. It was wonderful ^^

Singing along in public, I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN! I have an mp-3 but I have a tendency to mouth the words and nod my head and make faces, so actually using it in the street is a HUGE challenge XD

About the stairs thing, does it need to be more twirly like the one in C-block, or is that sufficent?

Why Porcelain dolls?

THE MUMMY RETURNS!!! I love it! I think it's awesome. I have an odd penchant for all of the Mummy movies (except the last one which I like to pretend Never Happened Ever). My guilty pleasure movie would probably be Dungeons and Dragons (I liked it, but it was horrible, I know).

The ones in the C-block don't make me tremble in fear, no. As long as I don't look down.

I'm not sure where the porcelain doll thing comes from. I actually used to have one. But maybe I saw a movie or something? Idk, they just creep me out.

Ha, I've never seen the D&D movie but I can imagine :P I never did see the third Mummy movie either because Rachel Weisz wasn't in it and it looked genuinely bad.

How did film go?
