It's been a real struggle to focus on anything not BTS-related since getting into them in October, but yesterday I watched Bo Burnham's new special and today I finished 'The Invisible Life of Addie Larue', and both of those made me feel really emotional and connected to humanity and weirdly happy to be alive and I really missed feeling - kpop gives me a lot of joy but I missed the beauty of good art and good stories.
And I also got to enjoy the absolute madness BTS unleashed on twitter for about half an hour there, so I'm really getting the best of both worlds here
Also it's the finale of Critical Role campaign two today. I've not been able to keep up with CR since October and am massively behind (like 6 months at this point). It kind of sucks, at the end of the first campaign I was just too late catching up to watch it when it came out, and for the longest time I was looking forward to being there for it this time. But then kpop happened. I'm still watching, just slowly, and I know I'll get there, but there's something sad about not feeling the same spark anymore for a show & fandom I loved to much for years.

It's always a bit sad to grow away from a certain fandom.
