Leverage finale

I bloody hate these winter breaks! It feels like Leverage only just came back and now it's over again :(

But omg, best finale ever! You just knew it wasn't going to end well, but this was amazing. I just hate how long we have to wait for S3, now.
Thoughts:

- SOPHIE!! I didn't expect her to come back yet, and I think I actualle squeed out loud when she appeared. I never realised how much I liked her until she left. Tara was all right, but I'm happy to see her leave. She never really fitted in.

- Of course we knew that Nate wasn't actually going to betray his team, but it was still very dramatic to see him give himself up instead.

- Sterling has to be one of my favourite adversaries ever. He's not pure evil, yet you just want Eliot to punch him ALL THE TIME.

- I LOVE that Nate finally admits to being a thief and is sort of proud of it.

- Aww, he called them his family. That was so sweet XD

- And they finally kissed :) I am in no way a Nate/Sophie shipper, but I just love these characters so much that I'm excited about any development. And you know, she slapped him so it's not like some grand romantic tragedy.

- They have to break him out of prison, right? I hope they do. The alternative is that he just gets released, I suppose. I just know S3 will be amazing no matter what.


Leverage is still my favourite show currently on tv (not counting DW because I can't judge S5 yet) and the most fun show I've ever watched, I'm sure. I'm buying the S2 dvds asap and will try to survive until the next episodes by marathoning endlessly :).


ALSO: OMG DOCTOR WHO TRAILER!  I don't know what to say. That is just so terrible I can't even put it into words. I mean, I want to give it a chance and all that, but they're making it REALLY HARD for me to have any reaction other that LOOOOOL :P
But easter! That's still a while away, but at least we sort of have a date now.

Ooooh, there's a DW trailer out? Gonna have to hunt that down. ;P

I soooo agree about the finale! As the end credits were rolling — actually, as the chopper was leaving and we got those last panning shots — my thoughts kept bouncing around on how the team is gonna pull him out. NO WAY they leave Nate to his own devices... Especially Eliot and Sophie know how dangerous Nate is when on his own.

Plus, like he said, they're family!

I can't wait to see what'll happen in S3! I do miss it as well, it is such a relaxing fun show :)
